FightMatching

Professional matchmaking for combat sports.

Fight openings, fighter discovery, and two-party matchups in one operational record — for promotions, fighters, coaches, and gyms. Every step is consented to, and every agreed term is kept exactly as it was agreed.

Illustrative product interface — sample data, not live customer records.

Matchmaking workflow

Four steps, and nobody is committed until they say so.

  1. 01

    Open a slot

A promotion publishes an event and adds fight openings — weight class, rule set, format, and experience range. Openings stay private drafts until they are opened.

  2. 02

    Send an opportunity

Matchmakers search fighters who chose to be visible, then send an offer with the terms attached. The fighter sees the full offer before responding to anything.

  3. 03

    Propose the matchup

Once two fighters have each expressed interest in the same opening, the promotion can propose them against each other. Proposing books nothing.

  4. 04

    Confirm the bout

Only after both fighters accept can the promotion confirm. The bout records the exact terms they accepted, and that record is never rewritten.

What is in the product

Built around the record, not the group chat.

Fighter discovery

Search by weight class, rule set, division, experience, notice period, and willingness to travel — across fighters who opted in.

Fighter Passport

A fighter's record, physical stats, disciplines, and gym. Private until published; date of birth never leaves the private record.

Availability windows

Fighters set the dates, weight classes, and rule sets they will accept, and can pause visibility at any time.

Event operations

Draft, publish, and cancel events. Manage openings, sent opportunities, and proposed matchups from one page.

Why FightMatching

Consent is a database rule here, not a promise in a policy page.

Nothing moves without the fighter
A fighter is only discoverable while they choose to be. An offer reaches them only if they are. A matchup needs both fighters to accept before it can be confirmed.
Terms are captured, not edited
Offers and proposals record the terms as they stood. If the event materially changes, they are invalidated rather than quietly rewritten underneath the people who agreed to them.
Contact details stay private
Email, phone, and address are never shared with a promotion. Everything happens through the platform.
